* AT 802 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO AT
  ANY TIME 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF SAN ANGELO AT THE INTERSECTION OF    
  HIGHWAY 67 AND 277...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
