* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GRANT PARISH IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA
  JACKSON PARISH IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA
  WINN PARISH IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA
  NATCHITOCHES PARISH IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 745 PM CST

* AT 346 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER 
  PARTS OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...MOVING NORTHEAST  
  AT 25 MPH. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE OCCURRING OVER AN AREA THAT HAS   
  HAD FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES EARLIER...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2         
  INCHES EXPECTED. THE ONSET OF HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF  
  ROADS AND LOW AREAS. COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS   
  OF BAYOUS...CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS...IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
