SOUTH CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 230 PM PDT * AT 135 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN IN THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS NEAR MOUNT LAGUNA AND THE PINE VALLEY AREA...OR ABOUT 26 MILES EAST OF LAKESIDE. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
