* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 700 PM PDT

* AT 515 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF AGUA CALIENTE SPRINGS...OR ABOUT 45
  MILES EAST OF LAKESIDE...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS FORMING OVER THE DESERTS WILL BE BRING VERY HEAVY RAIN  
  THROUGH 700 PM. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY IN BORREGO SPRINGS...THE     
  ANZA BORREGO STATE PARK...AND ON HIGHWAYS 78...S3...AND S22.
