SOUTH CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 430 PM PDT * AT 317 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTH CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY...OR ABOUT 12 MILES EAST OF ALPINE...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH. HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED ON INTERSTATE 8 NEAR BUCKMAN SPRINGS AND NEAR PINE VALLEY. THIS AREA WILL ALSO EXPERIENCE GUSTY WINDS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
