  CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 330 PM PDT

* AT 115 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN 18 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MOUNT LAGUNA...NEAR MT LAGUNA...  
  AND EAST OF JULIAN...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
