* AT 937 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MOUNTAIN VIEW...OR 20 MILES NORTH OF WEST
  PLAINS...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
