* AT 712 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF
  NICKELS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
