* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1130 PM CST

* AT 1021 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE  
  OF QUARTERS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THESE       
  STORMS WERE APPROACHING THE EXTREME NORTHWESTERN PORTION OF THE    
  COUNTY.
