* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WYTHE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA
  BLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA
  GILES COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 1115 AM EST

* AT 723 AM EST...RADAR SHOWED A BROAD BAND OF HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS 
  MOVING ACROSS SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND INTO SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 INCHES HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN THE 
  AREA...AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE AS THIS
  BAND MOVES THROUGH BETWEEN 7:30 AND 9:30 AM. LAW ENFORCEMENT 
  REPORTED MINOR FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING IN THE CERES AREA OF

ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
