* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEBSTER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT...

* AT 800 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY   
RAIN MOVING BACK OVER WEBSTER COUNTY...ESPECIALLY IN THE HOLLY RIVER 
STATE PARK AREA. FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN THE JUMBO AND 
SUGAR CREEK AREAS.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE HOLLY RIVER STATE PARK
  AND WEBSTER SPRINGS.

--CALL TO ACTION-- A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS
