* THE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES REPORTS HIGH WATER THROUGHOUT THE 
COUNTY WITH MUD SLIDES AND HIGH WATER ACROSS ROADWAYS.  THEY URGE 
MOTORISTS NOT TO CROSS HIGH WATER AND TO REPORT EMERGENCIES TO THE 9 
1 1 CENTER.
