  RAIN OVER EAST CENTRAL BOYD COUNTY...OR ABOUT 4 MILES SOUTH OF     
  KENOVA...ESPECIALLY NEAR UPPER CHADWICK CREEK AND SILVER RUN CREEK 
  AREAS.
