NICHOLAS COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL NOON EDT... * NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN AND AROUND THE SUMMERSVILLE RECREATIONAL AREA. THIS WILL CAUSE VERY RAPID RISES AND FLOODING ON CREEKS AND STREAMS. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE DRENNEN...MOUNT LOOKOUT...MOUNT NEBO AND SUMMERSVILLE. --CALL TO ACTION-- DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
