THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL STOREY COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA
  SOUTH CENTRAL WASHOE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA

* UNTIL 700 PM PDT

* AT 551 PM PDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN EAST
  OF RENO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND IN THE LOCKWOOD AREA.  THE AREA 
  OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING SLOWLY NORTH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL MOVE ACROSS          
  INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LOCKWOOD AND EAST SPARKS THROUGH 7 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR 
VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
