* AT 513 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER SILVER CLIFF...OR ABOUT 43 MILES WEST
  OF PUEBLO...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE OPEN COUNTRY OF...
  WESTCLIFFE AND SILVER CLIFF THROUGH 540 PM MDT AND OPEN COUNTRY OF 
  SOUTHERN CUSTER COUNTY
