* AT 724 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 22 MILES WEST OF HIGBEE...OR ABOUT 26 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF LA JUNTA...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
