* AT 544 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER WEST CENTRAL PROWERS COUNTY...OR ABOUT
  18 MILES SOUTH OF LAMAR...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE OPEN COUNTRY OF PROWERS COUNTY.
