* AT 947 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 5 MILES NORTH OF HASTY...OR ABOUT 20 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF LAMAR...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
