* AT 326 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO 10 MILES WEST OF
  MINIDOKA...OR ABOUT 9 MILES NORTH OF RUPERT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF MINIDOKA AT 345
