THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN KENT COUNTY IN CENTRAL DELAWARE
  EASTERN QUEEN ANNES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT.

* AT 645 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT 2.5 TO 3.0 
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITHIN AN HOUR FROM EASTERN QUEEN ANNES 
  COUNTY THROUGH CENTRAL KENT COUNTY IN DELAWARE. THIS WILL 
  LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS IN THE AREA AS WELL AS THE
  ONGOING POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING. THE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED AWAY
  FROM QUEEN ANNES COUNTY BUT STILL HAVE TO MOVE THROUGH LOWER KENT
  COUNTY DELAWARE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
