THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT.

* AT 330 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER 
CLUSTER OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHWARD THROUGH 
NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO PREVIOUS RAIN
WHICH HAS FALLEN DURING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. RADAR ESTIMATED UP TO 
3 INCHES SINCE NOON IN NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY SO FAR THIS 
AFTERNOON...WITH MORE RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH 500 PM.

IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
