THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT.

* AT 905 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ABOUT TWO INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY DURING
  THE LAST HOUR. RECENT HEAVY RAINS HAVE MADE THE REGION MORE 
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLOODING. THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
  MOVING OVER THE SAME REGION FOR THE NEXT HOUR. BUT...RUNOFF 
  FROM HEAVY RAIN IN ORANGE COUNTY COULD CONTINUE TO SPILL INTO
  SUSSEX COUNTY OVER THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE 
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
