  CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* AT 230 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...VERY HEAVY RAIN
FALLING AT 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR OR MORE WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
REGION FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
