THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY
  NORTHERN OCEAN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.

* AT 652 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER AREA OF 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE WARNING AREA.  DOPPLER 
RADAR ESTIMATES THE WARNING AREA HAS ALREADY SEEN 3 TO 4 INCHES OF 
RAINFALL...AND THIS NEW ROUND OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BRING ANOTHER 
INCH OR TWO OF RAIN TO THE AREA. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND.
