  NORTHERN MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT.

* AT 445 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...THUNDERSTORMS 
  WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING OVER NORTHER MIDDLESEX COUNTY.  AN INCH OR 
  TWO OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN IN NORTHERN MIDDLESEX COUNTY THIS 
  AFTERNOON.  AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BEFORE 
  600 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
