* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BUTLER COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 130 AM EDT

* AT 1030 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED          
  SUSTAINED HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PARTS OF THE COUNTY THAT ALREADY     
  RECEIVED COPIOUS RAINFALL AND FLOODING ON THURSDAY. THE HEAVIEST   
  RAINFALL IS OCCURRING OVER MUDDY CREEK AND LAKE ARTHUR. CONTINUED  
  HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY BRING LOCAL STREAMS OVER THEIR BANKS.
