* AT 712 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SUSTAINED 
  HEAVY RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY FROM MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK TO DEER PARK.  
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS TO LEAVE 
  THEIR BANKS ALONG WITH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
