* AT 922 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE 
VILLAGE...  MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. NUMEROUS FUNNEL CLOUDS 
HAVE BEEN OBSERVED ALONG THE LEADING EDGE OF THIS STORM.
