* AT 833 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 12 MILES SOUTH OF ELMER...MOVING   
NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.  THE CIRCULATION WILL CROSS THE RED RIVER 
BETWEEN ELMER AND DAVIDSON.
