  MILES WEST OF GOTEBO...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THE MOST 
DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WILL MOVE OVER GOTEBO. PERSONS IN GOTEBO 
SHOULD SEEK SHELTER NOW
