  VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTH OF CLARK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15

HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

THE HEAVY RAIN HAS TAPERED OFF OR ENDED OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANY 
FLOODING THAT DID OCCUR IS SUBSIDING...ENDING THE FLASH FLOOD 
THREAT. SOME ROADWAYS STILL MAY BE COVERED WITH WATER. MOTORISTS ARE
