THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN UPTON NY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST AND CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

* UNTIL 200 PM EDT

* AT 1250 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  CLUSTERS OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY NORTH TO 
  NORTHWEST ACROSS THIS AREA. RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR 
  WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AT 
  SEVERAL LOCATIONS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
