* AT 148 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR NEWARK AND THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NEAR 
CRANFORD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
