  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BYRDSTOWN

* UNTIL NOON CDT

* AT 1020 AM CDT...RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW HEAVY RAINFALL FROM 
NORTHERN OVERTON COUNTY INTO PICKETT COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST 
ACROSS MOST OF PICKETT COUNTY AT 20 MPH. THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT WILL 
CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING...AS SOME AREAS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 
UP TO FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE LAST THREE HOURS.
