  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WINCHESTER
  MOORE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LYNCHBURG

* UNTIL 100 PM CDT

* AT 952 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FALLING ACROSS FRANKLIN AND MOORE COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES PER HOUR WERE INDICATED BY DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR.
  PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS WILL OCCUR ALONG WITH RISING WATERS IN
  CREEKS AND STREAMS.
