THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WINCHESTER

* UNTIL 430 AM CST

* AT 226 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
   RAIN IN THE HUNTLAND...WINCHESTER AREAS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY. LOCAL
   OFFICIALS IN FRANKLIN COUNTY REPORTED WATER OVER ROADWAYS AND CREEKS
   RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL.   

* MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA
  FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES
  OF RAINFALL. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND LOW LYING     
  AREAS. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR
IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES, DIPS, OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM, EVEN A SMALL ONE, ON FOOT. TO
ESCAPE RISING WATER, MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
