THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FENTRESS COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF JAMESTOWN

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 225 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  HEAVY RAINFALL OF ABOUT ONE INCH HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE EASTERN 
  HALF OF FENTRESS COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINS OF AT LEAST ONE INCH 
  PER HOUR WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING FOR AREAS MAINLY EAST OF U.S. 
  HIGHWAY 127 AND HIGHWAY 154. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS, OR WATERS
