  SOUTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CROSSVILLE
  NORTHEASTERN VAN BUREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 325 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 12 MILES WEST OF 
  CROSSVILLE TO 9 MILES EAST OF SPENCER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR
WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS. RAINFALL TOTALS HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED BETWEEN
