* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RUTHERFORD COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 847 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM ALMAVILLE TO LACASSAS.
  RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES PER HOUR WILL ACCOMPANY 
  THE STORM. EXPECT WATER TO POND ON ROADWAYS...DITCHES WILL ACCUMULATE
  WATER RAPIDLY WHILE CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL RISE QUICKLY.
