* AT 155 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STORMS PRODUCING 
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL EXTENDING FROM JUST EAST OF BYRDSTOWN, THROUGH 
  JAMESTOWN AND CLARKRANGE. THE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.
