* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 712 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH A POSSIBLE
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES
  EAST OF FORDYCE...OR ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTH OF YANKTON...MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
