THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MISSOULA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL LEMHI COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IDAHO

* UNTIL 1100 PM MDT

* AT 854 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER 
CENTRAL LEMHI COUNTY OVER THE WITHINGTON FIRE COMPLEX...OR 20 MILES 
SOUTH OF SALMON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL REMAIN OVER REMOTE
AREAS.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE RAPID RUNOFF IN THE FOREST FIRE BURN 
AREAS ALONG WITH MUD AND ROCK SLIDES. THE RUNOFF AND MUD SLIDES MAY 
AFFECT HIGHWAY 93 AND 28. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU
ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. RESIDENTS
LIVING ALONG RIVERS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO
PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS.
