THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STONE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WIGGINS

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* AT 408 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
HEAVY   RAIN OVER STONE COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS OVER THE 
EASTERN HALF OF THE COUNTY BUT MODERATE RAIN EXTENDS WELL BACK TO 
THE WEST. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON GROUND SOAKED BY EARLIER RAINS.

* THESE THUNDERSTORM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE FROM WEST TO EAST THROUGH 
6 PM CDT. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
