* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KENOSHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
  RACINE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WIND LAKE...WATERFORD...UNION
  GROVE...STURTEVANT

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* AT 257 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES 
  OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST 2 HOURS. THIS RAIN...AND THE
  ADDITIONAL EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO 
  RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE STATIONARY OR MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE WEST. 
AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA 
BEFORE 500 PM CDT.

FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...ABANDON IT
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND. KEEP CHILDREN FROM PLAYING IN
FLOODED CULVERTS. THE RAPIDLY FLOWING WATER CAN QUICKLY CARRY THEM
AWAY.
