* AT 325 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL FLOODING DOWNPOURS
  OVER PHILLIPS CROSSROADS...OR ABOUT 5 MILES WEST OF TRENTON...     
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. RADAR INDICATES 2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
