THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL PALM BEACH COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 414 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN...UP TO 3 TO 5 INCHES
  AN HOUR...HAVE FALLEN IN STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE AREA IN     
  THE PAST HOUR. LAW ENFORCEMENT IN ROYAL PALM BEACH GARDENS 
  REPORTED STREET FLOODING. 

  THIS HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN MOVING FROM THE LOXAHATCHEE   
  NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH INTO THE METROPOLITAN
  AREAS OF CENTRAL PALM BEACH COUNTY. THESE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS WILL 
  SPREAD INTO WELLINGTON...FLORIDA GARDENS...HAVERHILL AND RIVIERA 
  BEACH.   

  MOTORISTS NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND EXERCISE CAUTION AS LOW LYING AREAS
  ON THE ROADWAY WILL HAVE STANDING WATER. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED
  DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINS AS WELL.
