THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 700 PM EST

* AT 445 PM EST...A SKYWARN WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN 
IN THE AREA AROUND HIALEAH. OVER 4.52 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN 
THE PAST HOUR AND A HALF. THE SPOTTER ALSO REPORTED STREETS IN THE 
HIALEAH AREA ARE FLOODING. RADAR IS SHOWING THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL 
OVER HIALEAH...INCLUDING HIALEAH GARDENS...AS FAR NORTH AS CAROL 
CITY. HIALEAH GARDENS POLICE REPORTED HOMES ARE FLOODED NEAR THE 
PALMETTO EXPRESS AND 103 STREET. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. THE SHOWERS 
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN DIMINISH THROUGH THE EVENING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER MAY OBSCURE DEEP CANALS OR PONDS.
