THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DESOTO COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI
  SHELBY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT.

* AT 550 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED 
BACK INTO SHELBY AND DESOTO COUNTIES. MANY AREAS HAVE SEEN UP TO 
FOUR INCHES OF RAIN OVERNIGHT...AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE MORE 
FLOODING.

IN ADDITION...STREET FLOODING WAS REPORTED ON HOLMES ROAD IN 
SOUTHERN SHELBY COUNTY. 

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 800 AM CDT INCLUDE...
