THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN TERRELL COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST

* AT 800 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DETECTED SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER NORTHERN 
  TERRELL COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR HAD ESTIMATED RAINFALL IN 
  EXCESS OF THREE INCHES HAD FALLEN SINCE 5 PM CST ALONG AND 
  ADJACENT TO INDEPENDENCE CREEK...INCLUDING THE INTERSECTION 
  OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD 2400 AND HIGHWAY 349. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE
FLOOD DANGERS. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS.
